Who is DispatchHero for?+
Carriers who deliver to many customers across different booking systems. If only some of your customers use DockHero, DispatchHero lets you manage all the others in the same place.
How much does it cost?+
$24.99/month per carrier, on top of the free carrier portal. It is an optional upgrade — you only add it if you want to manage non-DockHero customers too.
Does it replace my customers' booking systems?+
No. It does not book into Opendock, GoRamp or C3 for you. It organizes all of those appointments — however they were booked — into one dashboard so you can dispatch drivers and track every load from one screen.
Do I need a DockHero warehouse plan to use it?+
No. DispatchHero is a carrier upgrade. Warehouse plans are separate — see pricing.
