Load types: the setting that does the thinking for you.

A load type is a kind of work your dock does — inbound palletized, floor-loaded containers, a reefer pickup, an LTL parcel run. Define each one once, and every booking made against it inherits the right length, the right doors and the right limits, automatically. It is the single setting that keeps a self-scheduling dock from turning into chaos.

Scheduling mode: the one setting you pick once.

Scheduling mode is step 3 of setting up a site, and it's the one setting you can't change afterwards — your hours, capacity and restrictions all inherit from it. The trick: pick it off your labor, not your building. Count your crews.

  • ✦A crew per area — ambient, cooler, freezer → by section, each with its own hours and caps.
  • ✦A dedicated team on each door → by door, where every door schedules independently.
