What's actually included in each plan?+
The entire platform — scheduling, yard, shunter moves, carrier portal, scorecards, SMS lifecycle, audit trail and analytics. There are no feature-gated tiers. Plans differ only by how many sites are included and the monthly price.
What happens after the 12-month founders period?+
Your founders price is locked for 12 months. After that you move to $499/mo and keep all 5 of your included sites (new customers at that tier get 3). You are never charged for features you already had.
Are there per-door or per-user fees?+
No. Users are unlimited and there are no per-door fees or surprise invoices. The carrier portal is always free for your carriers.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 30 days, no credit card required. You can set up your site and invite carriers during the trial.
