No. DockHero is self-serve — you create a site, set your mode and rules, and invite carriers the same day. There are no per-door fees and no required onboarding engagement.
Can carriers book without creating an account?+
Yes. Each customer gets a single secure invite link. They book against a PO or SO, which is validated against your real order book before the appointment lands on your calendar.
What types of warehouse is this for?+
